Our rental service is run from Prague and is set up for customers in the Czech Republic: prices are in CZK and gear is handed over in person or sent by our courier within the country. If you are elsewhere in Europe and want to try a head before you choose, write to us anyway and we will tell you what we can arrange.

Rental terms are always agreed individually, but as a guide:
- The default rental period is one week (7 calendar days)
- Gear can be collected and returned in person, or we send it by courier and the courier collects it from you afterwards
- A refundable deposit covering the current price of the item is required. The rental fee is deducted from the deposit once the gear comes back.
- For longer rentals the price is agreed individually.
- Rental gear is used and shows signs of use, but it is fully functional.
- Rental availability does not match shop availability — an item can be in stock in the shop while every rental unit is out, and the other way round.
- The price does not include training in panoramic photography or instruction on operating the head. Basic knowledge of panoramic shooting and no-parallax-point calibration is assumed (see how to start).
