Payments Without VAT and PanoSociety for Companies with European VAT ID


Contact us before purchasing to order without VAT (Value Added Tax):

If you order from outside of the EU, your purchase should be automatically without VAT.

If you have a VAT ID in EU, or if you live in special EU territories (e.g. Canaries), contact us before ordering, to activate purchasing without VAT.

How to contact us:

  1. Email us with your billing information from the same email address as you will use to place the order. 
  2. We approve your email address (this verification usually happens quickly during our business hours)
  3. Place your order, our system will not add VAT

Our billing and VAT information that will appear on the invoice can be found in Contact page. Note that we are based in Czechia so purchases from within Czechia will always include VAT but you can claim the VAT later at the tax office.

If you are being charged VAT in the checkout preview and you think this is a mistake it's essential that you contact us before placing your order!

If you contact us with information that you shouldn't be charged VAT after your payment is processed we will be able to refund you the VAT amount only if you agree to pay a 5% administrative fee of the original payment amount which covers our credit card refund and government reporting costsIn that case you must contact us immediately (within the same business day) after placing the order. No VAT refund shall be offered if you contact later than the same day.
