This is the upper half on its own
It is a spare part, not a complete adapter. To mount a pole on a tripod you also need the matching lower half, and that is what decides the type: F7312 for Type A, or the Type B lower halves. The upper is the same for all Pole 1/2 adapter types, so you do not need to know which type you own before ordering a replacement.
